You might spot him on the restaurant roof, picking Guavas, mint, or basil to infuse the freshest flavors into your drinks.

Pieces from Indonesia and Cameroon, each telling its own story, have found a home within our restaurant. Additionally, we take pride in crafting some of our own furniture on the property, adding a personal, local touch to the decor.
From the Tree to your table

Nature’s Bounty Within Reach

The heart of our restaurant beats with the pulse of the 4 mango trees that support our treehouse. Their presence isn’t just ornamental; they gift us mangoes every summer of 3 varieties.

You’re welcome to pick one! We use them in all aspects of our menu, from chutney to sorbet. The birds like them too and you will often see the St Lucian parrot, the Amazona Versicolour flying by in pairs at sunset.
